Nepenthean Homes is a non-profit, Calif. State licensed Foster Family Agency that provides foster care to abused, neglected, abandoned children or other special needs children. The agency also provides clinical services to clients, foster home certification, training and support for foster parents. Nepenthean Homes currently operates two offices; Fair Oaks and Richmond, within a 17 county geographical area of Northern Calif.
